marching onwards

After a little camera fiasco, I have finally found, around our lovely new town of Nelson, the remaining March shots from the London Vs. Paris blog. What do you know? This exercise may even make me less inclined to long for trips to either London or Paris, because, as you will see, we have almost as many of the same quirky spots as do the large cities of Europe.

However, I have yet to find a carousel in town, and there's a certain baby (with parents) in jolly ol' blighty who I won't ever find here (except in my dreams).

Eowyn says to me as we're taking this shot, "How come we've never been IN that store?"

I tried to explain to her about art and photography and doing things just for fun, but I think my time's up on that one. They have a gigantic Jelly Belly dispenser that I admit is hard to resist.
